Your completely free 30-minute consultation with one of our Project Managers is where our business relationship begins, and where we assess and understand your needs. Then, a comprehensive briefing document will guide you through the entire construction process, outlining what needs to be done at each stage. Finally, we take all of the visions of the core idea and combine them into a drawing or plan.

These next steps are where we get the most concrete feedback from the most important person on the project: you. We are designing and building something straight from your wildest dreams, the most valuable feedback can only come from you. We will show you exactly what we plan to do with sketches and cutting-edge 3D modeling technology, which will allow you to visualize our interpretation of your dream and let us know if anything needs to be changed. We want to know that you are happy with our plan, that the interior and exterior details line up with how you want your home or office to look when the project is finished.

After we finalize the plan together, we will sit down and discuss the project budget to make sure that you get the best available option for the right price. You will be constantly updated on our progress through periodic scheduled meetings, site walk-throughs, and monthly construction reports.
